| 摘 要： | 在论述公路建设贯彻国防要求的必要性和重要性的基础上,分析了贯彻国防要求的范围、重点,从战场建设、部队机动、紧急抢运、工程技术防护及抢修需要出发,界定贯彻国防要求的内容要素,提出了制定贯彻国防要求的公路技术标准的基本思路和内容,并对建立和完善其工作机制提出了对策、措施。

| Abstract: | On the basis of expounding the necessity and importance of carrying out the requirements of national defense in highway construction, the paper analyses the range and stresses of the requirements of national defense, helps determine the elementary factors of the requirements of national defense, puts forward a basic thinking way and content for establishing the technical standard for highways to meet the requirements of national defense in highway construction and also suggests some countermeasures and steps to establish and perfect the work mechanism. |
