支井河特大桥总体施工方案研究

摘    要:通过对支井河特大桥总体施工方案的介绍,阐述了峡谷地区大跨度钢管混凝土拱桥的施工与其它地区的不同之处,提出了以引桥桥面为拼装场、在交界墩墩顶设混凝土锚梁、采用背索与既有桥台锚固、利用无塔架缆索起重机吊装的斜拉扣挂法施工思路。施工方案结合现场实际,最大限度地利用地形条件,构思新颖,操作简便,为以后类似工程提供参考借鉴。

Abstract:In the light of the general plan for the construction of the Zhijing River Mega Bridge, the differences between the construction of large-span steel-tube -concrete arch bridges in valleys and that of those in other places are exposed, with some effective construction methods suggested, such as using the deck of the approach as the assembling site, providing concrete anchoring beams at the top of the bordering pier, using the back cable and the existing abutment for anchoring, and adopting the non-tower crane for lifting and erecting construction. Taking full consideration of the site reality, the construction plan makes full use of the land form conditions, owing to which the plan is proved novel in conception and simple in operation. As a result, it may serve as a reference for other similar projects.
