摘    要:以某城市轨道交通线槽型连续梁悬灌施工为例,研究分析槽型连续梁悬灌施工用挂篮的设计和使用。根据挂篮施工受力,分三种工况,采用大型结构计算软件、按容许应力法对其进行整体空间内力分析,确保挂篮强度、刚度、稳定及抗倾覆系数均满足相关规范要求。针对0号段长度不能满足两个独立挂篮起步长度要求的实际,在1号段施工时,将两只挂篮的主构架联体拼装,采用连体挂篮悬灌1号梁段。在1号梁段施工完成后,将连体挂篮解体成两个独立挂篮,然后用之依次进行悬灌段的施工。通过对该桥悬灌施工用挂篮的研究、设计和使用,确保了该桥的顺利施工和质量。该桥的成功建成表明,用于槽型连续梁的该型挂篮设计合理、使用安全,可供类似桥梁参考。

Abstract:With the construction of an urban rail transit construction as a practical example,the design and use of the suspended basket for the cantilever construction of the groove-type continuous beam are studied and analyzed in the paper.According to the construction forces of the basket,there are three different construction situations.A large-structure calculation software is adopted to analyze the inner forces of the integral space by means of the allowable stress method to ensure that the strength,stiffness,stability and anti-overturning coefficients of the basket can meet the relevant requirements of the technical specifications.As far as the No.0 Section is concerned,owing to the fact that the length of No.0 segment can not meet the minimum length requirement of hanging two separate baskets,during the construction of the 1st segment,the main structures of the two baskets are assembled into a conjoined basket for the cantilever construction of the 1st segment.After the 1st segment being completed,the conjoined basket is again broken into two separate baskets,which are used for the construction of other cantilever beam sections.The study,design,and use of the basket for the cantilever construction of groove-type continuous beams greatly help ensure the smooth construction and quality of the bridge.The successful completion of the bridge shows that the basket used for the groove-type continuous beams is rational in design,satisfactory in function and safety in application.It may serve as a useful reference for other similar bridges.
