浮箱平台抢修水中钢桩基础技术研究

水中基础受水深、地质的影响,会增加抢修的难度和时间,是桥梁抢修的关键。现有的水中基础抢修技术和器材,难以满足快速抢修、保障交通畅通的要求。提出了一种水中桥梁基础抢修的新技术和新器材,即采用浮箱平台抢修水中钢桩基础,并着重介绍了浮箱平台的结构组成、施工方法及结构计算。该浮箱平台结构简单、施工速度快,是一种新式平台结构和新的平台施工方法。

Technical Research on Using the Floating Platform for Repairing Steel-Pile Foundation in Water

Owing to the fact that the foundation in water is usually affected by the depth of water and its geological conditions,which increases the difficulty of rush-repair and the time for rush-repair,and thus,is the key factor of rush-repairing bridges.Since the existing rush-repairing techniques and equipments for rush-repairing the foundation in water are hard to meet the requirements of quickly rush-repairing and ensuring the smooth traffic,a new kind of technology and equipment for rush-repairing the bridge foundation in water,namely,using the floating platform for rush-repairing the steel pile foundation in water,is put forward in the paper,with greater stress placed on the introduction to the structural composition of the floating box platform,the construction methods of it and its structure calculations.Being simple in structure and quick in construction,the floating platform is a new structure of platform and a new construction method for the construction of platforms.
