摘    要:第三系粉质粘土地层具有流变性,当隧道穿越此类土层时,因水文地质条件较为复杂,围岩条件较差,施工风险较高,因此对施工技术要求高。如何避免此类地质条件下隧道施工事故,以防造成重大损失和社会负面影响,是此类隧道施工关注的重点,因此对此类隧道在开工前进行全方面的风险评估显得十分迫切。结合具体工程,对第三系粉质粘土地层隧道区段运用模糊综合评价法进行了较为系统的工程风险评估,有效的防止和降低了施工风险,达到了安全、经济、高效的管理目标。

Abstract:Since the silty clay layer of tertiary holds rheology, when a tunnel passes through such a stratum, the risk of construction and the requirements for construction technology are higher due to the complex hydrogeological conditions and the poor conditions of the surrounding rock. How to avoid accidents in the construction of tunnels under such geological conditions to prevent significant losses and negative social impact is the focus of the tunnel construction. Therefore, the pre-construction risk assessment in all aspects of such tunnels is particularly urgent and necessary. With specific projects as practical examples, a systematic risk assessment of the tunnel construction in silty clay stratum of tertiary is conducted by means of the comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method in the paper, which helps avoid and lower the risk of con- struction effectively and helps the successful realization of the management targets of safety,economy and high efficiency.
