TBM结构庞大且复杂，作业环境恶劣，施工中难免会遇到各种问题。分析了主轴承润滑系统污染可能的途径、导致的后果及可采取的维护保养措施；介绍了刀圈偏磨、刀圈卷刃、挡圈断裂或脱落等刀具异常损坏的原因及对策；提出风机底座振动、风管破裂及漏风等隧道通风问题的解决方法；制定了加强线路以及车辆运行管理的运输方案。以上措施的应用促进了TBM施工综合速度的提高。

Analysis of and Countermeasures to Problems in TBM Construction

With the structure of TBM being huge and complex, and the working environment being very poor,it is hard to avoid being faced with various problems during the construction. Analyzed in the paper are the possible ways and consequence of the lubrication system being polluted of the main bearing,and the maintenance measures that can be taken. Introduced in the paper are the causes of and countermeasures to the various abnormal damage done to the cutter, including the partial wear of the cutter ring,cutter blades and the breaking or falling off of the ring. Put forward also in the paper are solutions to the ventilation-related problems of the tunnel, including the base vibration of the fan, the breaking of the pipe, the leakage of the pipe, etc. Better transportation schemes to strengthen the lines and vehicle operation management are worked out as well. The application of the above-mentioned measures helps speed up the comprehensive construction speed in TBM.
