摘    要:木周岭特大桥施工中采用下行式移动模架造桥机(MSS)原位现浇箱梁.根据工程现场实际条件,详细比较了移动模架高空拼装方案与整体提升方案优劣,最终选择了整体提升方案.该方案在桥位地面拼装,利用模架自身构件组装提升机构,将模架整体提升到设计高程,解决了高墩移动模架拼装周期长、投入高的问题.详细介绍了墩顶预埋件安装、跨间拼组、...

Abstract:In the construction of the Muzhouling Mega Bridge,the box girder is cast at the very location of the bridge with a down-climbing moving support system(MSS).With the site conditions of the project taken into account,both advantages and disadvantages between the assembling scheme with the down-climbing MSS and the wholly lifting scheme are compared in detail,upon the basis of which the wholly lifting scheme is finally chosen.According to this scheme,the form is assembled on the ground of the very site of the bridge,and the members of the form are assembled into a lifting device,which wholly lifts the form to the designed elevation,thus helping save the high cost for assembling mobile forms for high piers.The fixing of the pre-buried devices at the top of the pier,the inter-span assembling,wholly lifting,the assembling of the pier-side racks,and other key techniques used in the wholly lifting scheme are introduced in detail in the paper.It may serve as a useful reference for the construction of other similar projects.
