海工混凝土抗侵蚀复合外加剂的试验研究

摘    要:针对海工混凝土的耐久性问题,在现有抗侵蚀外加剂使用的基础上自配了一种抗侵蚀复合外加剂,其主要由三类物质组成:矿物外加剂、抗锈蚀外加剂以及外加剂激发剂.制作了5种不同组分的混凝土试块分析比较不同抗侵蚀外加剂配方对混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能的影响.试验结果表明:矿物外加剂和抗锈蚀外加剂能在一定程度上增强钢筋混凝土结构的抗侵蚀性...

Abstract:Aiming at solving the problem of the durability of oceanic engineering concrete,a new kind of anti-corrosion compound admixture is formulated in the paper upon the basis of existing anti-corrosion admixtures.The new compound admixture is chiefly made up of a mineral additive,a rust-proof additive and an excitant additive.Five samples with five different anti-erosion formulations are made to compare their impervious effects on chloride ions.The result shows that the mineral additive and the rust-proof additive can help enhance,to a certain extent,the anti-erosion performance of the reinforced concrete,while the excitant additive,which is mainly made up of silicates and LiOH,can further enhance the anti-erosion performance of the reinforced concrete structure.The compound admixture can help effectively extend the life expectancy of concrete structures which are exposed to the marine environment,thus reducing the cost of maintenance and saving considerable resources.As a result,it is proved to be a kind of effective and economic anti-erosion additive for the reinforced concrete of marine engineering.
