| 摘 要： | 高速铁路对隧道二衬混凝土强度要求高,目前施工中存在养护工序控制不严的问题,影响了混凝土的耐久性。研发了移动台架用于隧道二次衬砌混凝土养护,介绍了移动台架结构、养护施工工艺及关键施工技术。该技术具有操作简便、操作速度快、质量效果好等特点,适合推广。

| Abstract: | High-speed railways are highly demanding in the requirement of the strength of the secondary lined concrete of the tunnel.However,there exist the problems of the curing processes not being strictly controlled in our present construction,which affects the durability of the concrete.In this case,a mobile platform is developed for curing the secondary lined concrete of the tunnel.Introduced in the paper are the structure of the mobile platform,curing construction processes and key construction techniques.It is found that the technique is easy to perform,quick in operational speed,and good in both quality and effects.As a result,it is highly worth popularizing. |
