摘    要:东莞水道大桥主桥是一座主跨为280m的中承式钢管混凝土拱桥,针对大桥管内C50微膨胀混凝土施工,对一次顶升压注混凝土的可行性进行了分析,介绍了输送泵及泵管的选择和混凝土配比的设计,并对压注施工工艺、质量控制做了详细的介绍。

Abstract:The main bridge of the Dongguan River Bridge is a through steel-tube-concrete arch bridge with a 280 m-long main span. With the main bridge as an example, the paper analyzes the feasibility of the one-stroke pressure-casting of the C50 micro-expansion concrete inside the steel tubes. It also outlines the choice of the conveyance pump, pumping pipes and the design of the mixture ratio of the concrete. The paper describes the pressure-casting process and quality control in great detail.
