船闸大体积混凝土裂缝的控制与预防

摘    要:大体积混凝土结构出现不同程度、不同形式的裂缝是一种普遍现象,通过松花江干流船闸施工实践,总结分析了施工中裂缝产生的原因,阐述了环境、原材料、施工工艺、施工方法等对大体积混凝土裂缝的影响,采取了合理的措施,有效地控制了船闸大体积混凝土施工中裂缝的产生。

Abstract:It is quite common for various cracks to appear in large-volume concrete structures. In the light of the construction practice of the ship lock of the main stream of the Songhuajiang River, various influential factors of cracks during the process of construction are analyzed and summarized in the paper, with the effects of environment, raw materials, construction crafts, and construction methods on cracks in large-volume concrete exposed. With reasonable measures to control the occurrence of cracks in large-volume concrete of ship locks taken, satisfactory results are achieved.
