体外预应力加固板梁的试验研究

摘    要:针对某铁路桥拆除的病害板梁,采用了锚固端使用钢锚座施工的体外预应力加固技术,介绍了加固过程。通过对加固前、加固后的静载试验、疲劳试验,分析证明了体外预应力加固法可以显著的提高板梁的承载能力,且板梁经加固后性能稳定,验证了利用体外预应力法对板梁进行加固的可靠性,为类似工程的加固提供了科学依据。

Abstract:Aiming at overcoming the defects of the plate beam removed from a certain railway bridge, the externally pre-stressing technique is adopted, in which case the steel anchor sockets are used, the construction process of which is described in the pa- per. Through the analysis of the static load tests and the fatigue tests,it is proved that the externally pre-stressing strengthening measure noticeably enhances the bearing capacity of the plate beam and the performance of the strengthened plate beam is found stable,and therefore,the reliability of the externally pre-stressing technique is proved, which may serve as a scientific reference for other similar projects.
