| 摘 要： | 利用SWOT分析法对新时期我军航空运输发展的内部优势和劣势、外部机遇和威胁进行分析,根据分析结果利用SWOT矩阵,组成SO(开拓进取型战略)、WO(发展改进型战略)、ST(加强回避型战略)、WT(防御完善型战略)四类发展战略,对加快航空军事运输现代化建设、提升保障能力具有一定意义。 |

| Abstract: | By means of the SWOT analysis method,the paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats in the development of military airlifting in the new times,on the basis of which it puts forward four developing strategies,namely,SO,WO,ST and WT.These four strategies are of great importance in speeding up the development of our military airlifting in future and improving our supporting capabilities. |
