隧道衬砌背后注浆防水及裂缝渗水整治技术研究

摘    要:由于隧道初期支护表面不平顺,防水板铺设施作衬砌后,则衬砌背后不密实或存在空腔,易造成隧道出现渗漏水危害。详细介绍了注浆粘贴防水板和回填注浆两种消除衬砌背后空腔方法的具体施工过程,详述了高压注浆法等隧道裂缝渗水整治技术,可为类似工程施工提供借鉴。

Abstract:Owing to the fact that the surface of the preliminary lining of the tunnel is not flat and smooth,when the waterproof plates are laid on the preliminary lining and after the secondary lining is slip-cast onto the plates,the secondary lining can hardly be made tight and solid,and there will be cavities behind the secondary lining.The specific construction process of slip-casting to stick waterproof plates and back-fill slip-casting to get rid of the cavities behind the lining is introduced in detail in the paper,with the treating technique of pressure slip-casting against the penetration of water from cracks detailed,which may serve as a useful reference for the construction of other similar projects.
