摘    要:天津海河开启桥水中墩利用钢板桩围堰取代传统的钢吊箱围堰进行高桩承台施工。具体方法为:钢板桩插打合龙后,进行围堰内外侧回填,回填完毕后利用浮吊吊装内支撑至围堰内部,再进行围堰内抽水,在围堰内水位下降过程中及时完成钢板桩与围囹和内支撑的焊接,确保施工安全。在条件允许情况下,在钢板桩围堰内外侧进行回填,将高桩承台转化为低桩承...

Abstract:The cap of the aquatic tall pier of the opening bridge of the Haihe River at Tianjin is built with the steel-plate-pile cofferdam instead of the traditional steel-hanging-box cofferdam.The specific methods are as follows:after the whole ring of steel-plate cofferdam is built,both the internal side and external side of the cofferdam will be refilled;posterior to the refilling,the inside supports will be laid inside the cofferdam with a floating crane,after which the water inside the cofferdam will be drained;in the course of the level of water inside the cofferdam being lowered,the steel-plate piles,coffer-walls and the internal supports will be welded together so as to ensure the safety of construction.Construction conditions permitting,refilling may be done outside the cofferdam,and construction will be performed,with the cap of the high pile tuned into the cap of the lower pile,in which case the construction processes will be simpler,and the construction duration will be shortened,with less equipment needed for the construction,and obvious social and economic effects achieved.
