桥隧相连的隧道出口处移动模架造桥机后退式拼装方法

移动模架造桥机施工为逐跨段原位现浇施工。以DSZ32／900上承式移动模架造桥机为例介绍该设备在桥隧相连隧道出口处的后退式拼装方法，即通过对移动模架造桥机主梁进行简单的改造，实现主梁在后支腿和前支腿托辊机构之间的纵向移动，则可逐节将在隧道口拼装好的主梁和导梁向隧道内后退，如此反复将移动模架的主梁和导梁全部拼装完成，最后将退入隧道内的主梁及导梁向隧道外走行移动，再完成外模挑梁、吊挂外肋、模板及其他附属结构等的拼装。采用此方法不需要对场地进行大范围回填、平整、硬化，从而节约大量施工成本，缩短安装工期。可为以后类似工程提供借鉴。

On the Retreating Assembly Method with the Mobile-Form-Support Bridge-Maker at the Outlet of the Tunnel Linked to a Bridge

The mobile-form-support bridge-maker is intended for the construction of span-by-span cast-in-place bridges. With Type-DSZ32/900 Deck Mobile-Form-Support Bridge-Maker as a practical example,introduced in the paper is the retreating assembly method used with the equipment at the outlet of a tunnel interlinked to a bridge. In this case, the main beam of the mo- bile-form-support bridge-maker is transformed in a simple way,making the main beam able to longitudinally move between the hind support and the temporary support,in order to make the section-by-section readily-assembled main beam and the guiding beam. at the outlet of the tunnel retreat into the tunnel. Such operations are repeated time and again until the assembly of both the main beam and the guiding beam is completed. Finally, the main beam and the guiding beam inside the tunnel move out of the tunnel. Then, the cantilever beam of the external form, the external hanging ribs,the form and other accessory structures are assembled. With this construction method adopted, the Site needs no large- range backfilling,leveling and hardening, thus saving a lot of construction cost, and shortening the fixing construction dura- tion. The project may serve as a useful reference for other projects of similar types in the future.
