应急状态下航空运输货机优化配载装备的研究

摘    要:为了提高应急状态下航空运输效率,把大量人员、物资、装备快速输送到指定地点,根据装备的尺寸、体积和航空运输的特殊要求,以及我国现有货机的种类,把装备分为八类;根据安全配载要求,得出每一种货机的装备配载方案;多种货机混合使用时,运用多目标整数线性规划的方法,对机队规划进行优化,得出最优的运输方案;信息管理系统的实现采用三层体系结构。上述方法和信息系统满足了应急行动的要求,并使得配载方案更科学、更经济、更有效,减少了货机的使用数量,节约了运输成本,提高了运输效率。

Abstract:In order to improve the air transportation efficiency in emergency and quickly deliver a large quantity of persons,materials and equipment to the designated locations,all the equipment is classified into eight categories according to the size,dimension and special aviatic requirements of equipment,and the specific types of existing cargo aircraft in our country.In the light of the safe stowage requirements,a specific stowage plan is chosen for each kind of aircraft.When different types of cargo aircraft are used,the multi-objective integer linear programming is to be used to optimize the fleet planning to get the most optimum transport plan.The information-managing system adopts a three-story structure.The above-mentioned method and the information system can meet the requirements of emergency actions,and make the plan more scientific,more economical and more effective,as a result of which the number of the cargo aircraft to be needed is decreased,thus saving the costs of transportation and improving the transportation efficiency.
