| 摘 要： | 以"双师"为代表的复合型教师在高职教育中起着重要的作用,本文就其复合型教师的概念、特征进行了确认,并对复合型教师的培养使用和评价进行了讨论,提出了建立统一规范的评价机制的方法,并认为双师型教师将在未来的高职教育中占主导地位。
