| 摘 要： | 本通过比较寻租与腐败后指出，在腐败与寻租之间是不能直接划等号的，尽管它们之间存在一个共同的交集部分。区别腐败与寻租有利于对症下药，分而治之。如果直接把腐败定义为寻租或把寻租等同于腐败，只用寻租理论作为反腐败的思想武器，那么反腐败的效果是不会好的。因为，至少它对政治腐败与作风腐败是无能为力的。这将在理论上产生误区，从而在行动上出现盲点，不利于腐败与寻租的治理。

| Abstract: | By means of a comparison between rent-seeking and corruption, the paper points out that corruption is not the equivalent of rent-seeking although there is something in common between the two. Differentiating corruption from rent-seeking is conductive to the solution of different problems in appropriate ways. The purpose of anti-corruption won't be achieved if corruption is taken as an equivalent of rent-seeking and the rent-seeking theory is accordingly employed as weapon of thought against corruption because it is powerless at least in combating political corruption and corruption of style. Mixing the two up will result in misunderstanding in theory and blind spots in action and will do great harm to the curbing of corruption and rent-seeking. |
