基于因子分析的国际人士眼中的上海城市印象满意度架构

改革开放以来,来沪的国际人士数量不断增加,并从过去多数来沪参观旅游,转变为来沪工作、学习和定居。后世博期间如何推进上海城市文化形象的国际化进程是当前上海所面临的主要问题之一。经过多次的专家讨论,上海交通大学和上海市新闻办联合设计出一套24指标涵盖多个领域、全面反映上海城市形象的问卷,采用以机场调研为基础的配额抽样法回收问卷。经过探索性的因子分析和验证性因子分析,本文构建并确认了国际人士眼中上海总体印象满意度的结构。研究结果不仅拟合度高,而且反应出国际人士的真实认知,同时为上海的|"十二五"城市发展战略提供依据。

Satisfaction Structure of the Impression of Shanghai in the Eyes of on International Persons Based on Factor Analysis

Since China’s reform and opening up,a growing number of international persons came to Shanghai.At the beginning of 1980’s,most of them were paying a visit to Shanghai,yet now,a great number of them are working,studying or have even settled down in Shanghai.It has become a critical issue for Shanghai Municipal Government to improve the international image of Shanghai,especially after the 2011 Shanghai International Expo.A set of indicators was designed by the experts from Shanghai Jiaotong University and the Information Office of Shanghai Municipal Government,after several rounds of discussion,and the data was collected at Pudong International Airport based on quota sampling method.This paper constructs the satisfaction structure of the impression of Shanghai in the eyes of international persons by using explorative factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis.The confirmatory factor analysis results show that the structure has a good fitness index,and reveals the international person’s perception of Shanghai.It will provide Shanghai Municipal Government with advices for the future city development strategy.
