| 摘 要： | 现代法学教育起始于欧洲,后经英伦传播至北美大陆,历经800年的世道变迁,逐渐形成了以培养学术性学位为主的欧洲模式和以培养专业学位为主的美国模式.当代中国法学教育起步于新中国成立之初,兴盛于改革开放之后.经历了30年的蓬勃发展,中国法学教育已经建立了完整的培养体系.教学范式从原先完全照搬前苏联模式,到后来兼取欧洲模式与美国模式,可谓是集世界之大成者.然而,教学范式的简单模仿并不能解决当前法学教育与社会需求之间的矛盾.中国法学教育要在世界法学教育中占有一席之地,必须在兼收并蓄、博采众长的基础上,形成符合自己特色的教学范式.
