Document System:Process and Functions of Political Communication

The document system,an indispensable ingredient of Chinese politics,is academically significant for further understanding the political process.As a basic channel of political communication,the document system not only transfers information and issue administrative commands but also serves following functions:political governance,political transformation and political enforcement.Based on the analysis of the formation process of documents,this paper focuses on the communication functions and communication distortion of the document system.This analysis helps us more objectively appreciate the particular characteristics of the political process in contemporary China.
