| Abstract: | When the market is in operation, there exist market defects which can't be overcome by market itself. This essay analyzes the difficulties and market defects in financial & insurance market in China at present, and puts forward severed suggestions. We suggest that the government do something to solve or alleviate the ineffective and invalid market. |
