| 摘 要： | 网络时代的到来，对高校德育产生了巨大的冲击。为此，高校德育工作大胆突破传统观念的束缚，主动应对新的挑战，善于自身的创新与发展，具体来说，包括四个方面；（1）德育方式创新；（2）德育内容创新；（3）德育主（客）体创新；（4）德育管理创新。
