摘    要:动车组作为一种铁路客运货运设备,具有快速、安全和高标准的服务功能.如何保障动车组安全高效运行是工作重点,动车组故障数据对动车检修及制造具有极大的参考作用.此外,合理的知识管理能够增强综合竞争实力,利于做出更为合理的决策,能够将最需要的知识及时传送给最需要的人,实现组织和个人之间的信息共享,并以不同的方式加以实践,最终达到提高业绩的目的.正是基于对上述知识管理优点的考虑,本文将知识管理引入到对动车组故障数据的分析中,以实现动车组故障知识的共享、交流和转换.论文在分析动车组故障知识管理系统业务需求的基础上设计了系统总体架构及其内部功能模块.

Abstract:As a railway passenger and freight transport equipment, EMU has fast, secure and highstandards service. How to ensure a safe and efficient operation of EMU is the most important work.Failure data plays a key role in the maintenance and manufacturing of EMU. Repair department analyzes failure data and takes steps to troubleshoot problems. In addition, reasonable knowledge management will enhance competitiveness, help to make more rational decisions, send the knowledge to thosewho need it most timely, share information between organizations and individuals, and ultimatelyachieve the purpose of improving performance. We introduce knowledge management into the EMUfailure data analysis based on the consideration of the advantages of knowledge management in order toshare, exchange and convert the EMU failure knowledge.
