摘    要:从国内外轨道交通发展行业趋势及轨道交通企业发展需求出发,阐述了建设RAMS工程技术体系的必要性,结合轨道交通车辆特点,在对全寿命周期各阶段RAMS工作项目研究的基础上,从RAMS管理、RAMS设计分析、RAMS信息和验证确认4个方面创建轨道车辆RAMS工程技术体系,并在产品项目中进行了应用,取得了良好的效果.该RAMS工程技术体系的研究和建设,对RAMS工程技术的发展和在轨道车辆产品中的应用具有推动性作用,对轨道交通车辆产品可靠性的提高具有重要的现实意义.

Abstract:It is increasingly urgent to construct the RAMS engineering technology system, in terms oftrade position at home and at abroad and corporation development demand. The RAMS work items inthe whole life cycle phases were researched, combined with the characteristic of railway traffic vehicle.The RAMS engineering technology system composed of RAMS management, RAMS design analysis,RAMS information and verification & validation was applied to product items and the effect was good.The research and construction of this system are to promote the development of RAMS engineeringtechnology and the application of railway vehicle product and have practical meaning to improve the reliability of railway traffic vehicle product.
