摘    要:主要论述了一种气体放电等离子体窄脉冲电源装置的构成及工作性能;尤其对自行研制的核心部件八电极旋转火花隙开关(RSGS)的大小,尺寸结构进行了说明.分析了电源主电路工作原理,对电路的动态工作进行数学建模和解析求解,为电源设计和元件参数选取提供了依据.通过此套电源所产生出的高压脉冲波形,具有上升沿小于100BS,脉宽不大于1μs,脉冲频率可调,脉冲功率大等特点.通过实验表明,该电源应用于产生等离子体进行废水净化等领域,具有良好的降解效果.

Abstract:The high voltage short-pulsed generator designed is mainly used for producing the corona plasma in waste water treatment system. The pulser consists of a variable DC power source for high voltage supply, two graded capacitors for energy storage and the rotating spark gap used as switches. The article presents constitution and performance characteristic of this pulse generator in the lab, especially the size and structure of rotating spark gap switch (RSGS), which is the key part that greatly favors the wide range modulation of the pulse repetition rate, short width which is no more than 1μs and short rise time (less than 100 ns) of the pulse, electrical field distortion, recovery of the gap insulation strength, insulation design, the life of the switch, etc. At the same time, the work principle of the main circuit is analyzed, and the dynamic running process is modeled and analytically solved. The results can be used for the design of PPS circuit and the choice of components and their parameters. These positive results provide an experimental foundation for further study on treating toxic organic compound in water or waste water, using the technique of high voltage corona plasma.
