摘    要:区域路网服务水平可以理解为出行者在区域路网中所感受到的道路交通条件和交通状态的质量水平,可以描述为出行者或交通管理人员对于区域路网交通状态的一种主观感受.基于这一点,本文提出一种新型的基于主观感知的实验方法.通过各种不同的区域路网图像来描述各种交通状态,并通过不同类型的评价人员对这些图片进行主观评价,根据其交通状态确定该图片属于哪一级服务水平.最终的评价结果可以作为区域服务水平的评价标准.

Abstract:Level of Service (LOS) of the regional road traffic can be considered as the quality which people will feel from the regional road condition and traffic state,and can be described one kind of perception of the road user and traffic manager on the regional traffic.Based on this,a perceptual experiment is designed and a new experiment study method is proposed in this paper.Different regional traffic state graphs are made for different traffic conditions.And different kinds of people score and give the level of service for the regional traffic conditions by these measure of regional LOS,which can be used as a criteria to evaluate the regional LOS.
