摘    要:采用准静态法对CRH2-300动车组动车转向架构架垂向斜对称动载荷进行识别,通过ANSYS有限元软件,分析计算载荷识别敏感部位以确定其识别点,进而建立载荷识别方程.根据京津客运专线实测数据,得出垂向斜对称动载荷最大值,并编制了载荷谱.为准确评价动车组转向架疲劳强度提供依据.

Abstract:Vertical skew-symmetry dynamic load on the CRH2-300 motor vehicle bogie was identified by using the quasi-static method in this paper.The test points were confirmed during load sensitivity analysis with the ANSYS software,and then the load equation was built.According to the test data on the Beijing-Tianjin passenger dedicated line,the maximum load was obtained and the load spectrum was compiled.
