铁路危险货物运输径路的选择策略

摘    要:结合铁路危险货物运输的特点综合考虑运输径路选择过程中涉及的费用、事故风险、事故产生灾害、事故后补救能力等因素,采用模糊综合评判方法,研究了铁路危险货物运输径路选择问题.重点探讨了指标体系的建立,隶属度函数,权重的确定,并结合具体实例对所采用的方法进行了分析与说明.实际验证的结果表明,论文所提出的方法较为实用,对铁路危险货物运输径路选择问题具有一定的借鉴价值.

Abstract:The theory and method of deciding the transportation pathways has been meticulously studied, combining the features and factors in the railway transportation of dangerous goods such as risk factors, accident-leading disastrous factors, and post-accident remedial capacity. The paper adopts the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, classifying the factors affecting the transportation pathway of dangerous goods according to the specific nature of the factors to set up a multi-level structure; A fuzzy model is used to evaluate each level comprehensively, establishing a qualitative and quantitative index system to form an unified evaluating objective and criteria concerning the optimized railway transportation pathway for dangerous goods. The theoretical method used by this paper possesses scientific basis, objectivity and applicability in making decisions for the railway transportation pathway of dangerous goods.
