摘    要:钢轨波磨的准确测量及评价是研究钢轨波磨问题的基础.根据国际标准BS EN 15610:2009要求,采用精密仪器CAT钢轨波磨测量分析小车,对北京某地铁线钢轨波磨的发展过程进行了跟踪测量,并分析了波磨的典型特征、波长谱特性及发展规律.结果表明:钢轨波磨与轨道结构型式密切相关;钢轨波磨典型波长的波磨发展并不会持续增加,而是会扩展为长波波磨及短波疲劳裂纹.跟踪监测表明,制定出合理的打磨计划和验收标准对经济、高效缓解波磨的发展具有重要意义.

Abstract:To quantify the character of rail corrugation is the foundation to study on the cause of corru- gation development. In this paper,corrugation analysis trolley (CAT) was used to monitor the devel- opment of a special rail corrugation found on Beijing metro based on BS EN 15610:2009. The typical characters of rail corrugation and wavelength spectrum were analyzed. The law of corrugation develop- ment was also summarized. The conclusions show that the rail corrugation occurs in the section is closely related to the type of track structure. The development of rail corrugation with typical wave- length does not continue to increase with time, but will be extended to long wavelength corrugation and rolling contact fatigue (RCF). The monitoring indicates that making a reasonable grinding plan and reception standard are very important to avoid the hazard caused by the rail corrugation.
