摘    要:车载设备的振动水平不仅影响设备安全可靠运转,也影响周围环境的振动噪声.降低车辆的乘坐舒适度.为研究设备振动水平,本文建立了单自由度系统振动模型,分析了单自由度振动系统的振动能量特征.借鉴基于振动速度的振动烈度评价方法,推导了基于振动能量的等效振动速度的振动烈度公式,并采用基于振动速度和基于振动能量的两种方法,分别评价了某型内燃动车组(DMU)动力包的柴油机组振动烈度.结果表明:机组的振动烈度均随运转速度呈递增趋势,基于振动能量的振动烈度评价方法更能全面反映机组的振动水平和动态特性,为评估车载设备振动水平提供了新的评价方法.

Analysis of vibration intensity for diesel group based on vibration energy for DMU

Abstract:The vibration level of train's equipments mainly influenced the safety and surroundings vi- bration noise. The single degree of freedom model was established and the character of vibration energy was analyzed. The equation of vibration intensity under equivalent vibration velocity was based on vi- bration energy. The vibration intensity of diesel group for power pack of diesel multiple-unit (DMU) was evaluated by vibration speed method and vibration energy method. The results showed that the vi- bration intensity increased with circle speed. The vibration energy method showed much more vibra- tion quality and dynamic characteristic and provided a new method to evaluate the vibration level.
