基于RCP的HEV动力总成控制系统

摘    要:基于dSPACE数字信号处理与应用系统,通过运用快速控制原型技术(RCP)对串联式混合动力系统的多能源动力总成控制单元选择3种不同的控制策略和控制算法进行了实时仿真和系统台架试验.应用快速原型控制技术的仿真分析与台架试验表明,在串联式混合动力系统控制中,采用兼顾电池充电安全与系统能量需求的控制策略比功率跟随型和能量补偿型更适合实际系统工作的需要.

Abstract:This paper studied the powertrain control system of the series hybrid electric vehicle(SHEV) through the rapid control prototyping(RCP) technology based on the dSPACE digital signals process and application system.The control strategy and energy management algorithm of the powertrain control unit are discussed in detail.The result of simulation analysis and test indicates that the system control project for SHEV was feasible by using the technology of RCP.And the control strategy,which proposed battery recharging safety and system energy demand,was more suitable.
