混凝土含水率对强度影响的试验

摘    要:通过浸泡时间不同,改变混凝土试块的含水率,测试不同混凝土试块的含水率,并研究含水率变化对试块抗压强度影响的规律.研究表明:混凝土标号越高,饱和含水率越小;试块的面积体积比越小,饱和含水率越小;含水率未达1%时,属于表面吸水,对试块的抗压强度影响不明显;同样标号的混凝土试块,其测试抗压强度随着含水率的增高而降低,自然养护的试块,其测试抗压强度随着含水率的增大下降的速度大于标准养护试块.

Abstract:The water content of concrete specimen can be changed through different immersion time.By experimental method,water contents of the different specimens are measured.The rules of effect of the water content on the compressive strength of the specimens are studied.It is showed that: the higher of the concrete grade,the smaller of the saturated water content;the smaller of the mass-surface ratio,the smaller of the saturated water content.The impact of the specimen on the compressive strength is not obvious when the water content is less than 1%,which is the surface water absorption.The tested compressive strength decreased with the water content increasing for the same concrete grade specimens.The decreased speed of the compressive strength for the natural curing concrete specimens is greater than the standard curing specimens.
