土体断裂韧度K_(IC)试验研究

摘    要:标准的三点弯曲试验,加荷方向与试样重力方向在同一条直线上,由于土体的抗拉强度很低,在进行土体的三点弯曲试验的时候,试样仅在自重的作用下就会断裂,即使不断裂,重力对测试结果也会产生很大的影响。根据三点弯曲的试验原理,将试样沿底边旋转90°,采用水平加荷的方式,使试样重力与加荷方向垂直,避开了重力对试验结果的影响,并使用自主研发的土体断裂装置测得了土体断裂韧度KIC。

Abstract:Conventional three-point bending test,the loading direction and the gravity direction of the sample are in the same line.Because of the low tensile strength of soil,the sample will break only under the sample deadweight at the three-piont test of soil.Even if the sample is not broken,the deadweight will exert a great influence on the test results.According to the principle of three point bending test,the sample along the bottom edge to rotate 90°,by using horizontal loading way,the deadweight of sample is vertical to loading direction.In this way,the effect of gravity on the test results is avoided.The fracture toughness of soil is obtained by breaking assembly of soil which is independently developed.
