聚酯玻纤布夹层抗剪强度的影响因素

在半刚性基层与沥青层之间设置聚酯玻纤布夹层,可以有效的延缓裂缝扩展到沥青层,但是相关研究表明,夹层的黏附性是影响聚酯玻纤布防治反射裂缝的效果主要因素之一。因此,从理论分析和试验研究两个方面论述了介于半刚性基层与沥青层之间聚酯玻纤布的层间黏附性。首先,利用通用BISAR程序,分析了聚酯玻纤布上下表面剪应力的变化规律;其次,利用万能试验机模拟剪切试验对聚酯玻纤布夹层的抗剪切性能进行了试验研究,分析了黏层油种类、黏层油用量、剪切速率等因素对聚酯玻纤布夹层抗剪切性能的影响。

Influence Factors of the Shearing Strength of Fiberglass-Polyester Paving Mat

In order to prevent reflection cracking,fiberglass-polyester paving mat as a kind of anti-cracking layer between semi-rigid base and bituminous overlay is placed.It is studied that the interlayer adhesion is one of the main factors for the fiberglass-polyester paving mat to prevent reflection cracking.Therefore,the interlaminate adhesion between semi-rigid base and bituminous overlay is discussed from theoretic analysis and experimental study.Firstly,making use of BISAR procedure,the change law of shearing stress at the top and down surface of the fiberglass-polyester paving mat is analyzed;secondly,through the omnipotence testing machine simulating shearing test,the analysis on the experiment of the shearing strength of fiberglass-polyester paving mat is carried out,and different kinds of factors influencing the shearing strength of fiberglass-polyester paving mat are analyzed,such as,viscous layer of oil type,sticky layer of oil consumption and shearing velocity,etc..
