羧基丁苯聚合物改性水泥砼路面设计及试验路分析

摘    要:采用羧基丁苯聚合物掺量为15%的水泥砼进行路面板厚度设计,发现羧基丁苯聚合物水泥砼路面相对于普通水泥砼路面至少能减薄8cm;然后对羧基丁苯聚合物改性水泥砼路面用ANSYS软件进行应力应变分析,发现在减薄8cm的丁苯聚合物水泥砼路面在最不利荷载下相对于普通水泥砼路面的最大弯拉应力和最大应变要大,然而丁苯改性水泥砼的抗折强度和抗变形能力要大得多,故不影响其承载能力;最后结合工程铺筑试验路,发现使用一年后的丁苯聚合物改性砼试验路路面性能良好.

Abstract: By comparison to common cement concrete, this paper designs the thickness of 15 percent adulterant polymer cement concrete pavement and finds the thickness can decrease 8cm; Then the maximal stress and strain loaded on polymer cement concrete pavement under the most disadvantage load is some larger by use of the ANSYS software, however, that can not affect its carrying capacity because the flexural strength and the resistance of distortion of polymer cement concrete are much larger than common cement concrete; Last this paper discovers that the performance of polymer cement concrete test pavement is good after using a year.
