昔格达土路基填料压实度影响因素的试验研究

摘    要:以昔格达土作为路基填料,进行了该填料的含水量、颗粒级配、施工工艺对压实度影响的相关性试验。试验结果表明:昔格达土填料含水量在12%~17%之间时,路基的压实效果最佳;压实前后其Cu和Cc均满足要求,昔格达土填料是一种级配好的填料;16 t压路机碾压方式下适合昔格达土填料的松铺厚度为30~35 cm,18 t压路机碾压方式下为35~40 cm;2种压路机均以采用先强振后弱振的碾压方式压实度效果较好;16 t压路机最佳的碾压遍数为6遍、18 t压路机为5遍时,效果最好。

Abstract:Xigeda soil as roadbed filling was studied in the paper.The influence of moisture content,gradation composition,effect of construction process on degree of compaction was studied.The results demonstrated that: degree of compaction was the best as the moisture content of Xigeda Filling was 12%~17%;Cu and Cc of Xigeda Filling could meet the needs before and after compaction,therefore it was a good-grading filling;loose laying depth of Xigeda Filling was 30cm~35cm under 16T road roller rolling and 35cm~40cm under 18T road roller rolling;higher degree of compaction was achieved when firstly applying strong vibration and then weak vibration with road roller;it should be compacted six times with 16T road and five times with 18T road roller.
