| 摘 要： | 考虑到公路网规划方案评价体系的多因素和多目标性,文章首次提出了用交互式多目标决策方法进行公路网规划方案的综合评价,该方法主要利用历史数据对主观权重进行优化,并且用关联度对主、客观权重进行综合.利用此方法,提出路网规划方案综合评价模型,该模型能够对路网方案指标进行比较客观的评估,从而为公路网规划方案实施可行性论证提供依据,最后结合实例,对提出方法的实用性进行了验证. |

| Abstract: | the character of the system of the road net planning synthetically estimation are many factors and multipurpose,this paper given the alternating multipurpose decision making method which use to road net planning synthetically estimation.The alternating multipurpose decision making method overcame some deficiency of the old estimating methods,then the road net planning synthetically estimation model are given by the optimizing method of alternating weighting,the model can objectively estimate the road net project,it provide the reliance for the feasibility of road net planning,there also be give a example to verify the method. |
