MC条件下两阶段供应商生产计划优化模型研究

摘    要:大规模定制(MC)的成功实施和推广,不仅需要面向大规模定制的技术、管理和市场等方面的支持,而且需要供应链上下游成员的密切配合。以实施大规模定制的制造商为背景,研究其订单分离点产出所拉动的供应商供货计划;运用延迟制造的思想,提出两阶段供应商生产模式;并在同时考虑交货期与成本控制的基础上,建立了第二阶段的主生产计划优化模型,给出了数据实例。
