三角转子发动机径向密封片磨损的动态仿真

摘    要:三角转子发动机一个关键核心技术就是转子的径向密封技术。径向密封片在气缸中的磨损过程,各状态参数随时间而改变。在考虑压力对磨损影响的同时,加入了温度影响因素。利用仿真技术对磨损量进行模拟计算,建立了径向密封片磨损的动态仿真模型,并用UG Grip编写了仿真程序。在此仿真模型基础上进行了数值计算,得到径向密封片磨损量的分布与时间的关系。
