降低沥青路面温度的热反射涂层性能研究

采用一种新型路面热反射涂层涂布于沥青路面表面,在夏季高温季节时,可有效降低路面温度5~10℃,将该涂料使用在排水性大孔隙路面中降温效果更好;同时对该涂料进行了综合路用性能分析,研究表明,热反射涂层铺装具有良好的耐磨性;随着涂层用量的增加,涂层的抗滑性降低,在密级配试件中使用该涂层时必须添加防滑粒料。由于涂层的高反射率可降低路面温度,因此该涂层对路面车辙病害的预防及缓解具有良好的作用。

Study on Performance of Heat-Reflective Coat of Lowering Asphalt Pavement Temperature

A new kind of solar-reflective coat is painted on asphalt pavement.In summer with high temperature,the pavement temperature can be lowered from 5 to 10℃with this material.The cooling effect is more obvious when it is used on porous asphalt pavement.Furthermore,the pavement performance is also studied.The research results show that the pavement with solar-reflective material has good wearing capacity.With the dosage of coat increasing,the skidding-resistance performance decreases.When the material is used on dense-graded pavement,the anti-skidding granular should be added.The pavement temperature can be reduced on account of high reflectivity of coat,which can effectively prevent and lessen the rutting disease of asphalt pavement.
