| 摘 要： | JL4 6 5Q1发动机是长安微型客车的主导车型SC6 331配备的发动机 .但是在使用过程中 ,该车带空调工作时 ,出现了怠速水温过高的现象 .笔者通过对该发动机热负荷的计算及其冷却系统散热强度的计算 ,分析了产生过热的原因 ,为彻底消除此现象提供了改进的方向 .

| Abstract: | JL465Q1 engine is the engine equided in ChangAn mini bus SC6331 which takes a leading role.But in actual use,it produced over high cooling water temperature,when it runsidly with air conditioner.This paper analyses the cause of the appearance through calculating the engine thermoload and the cooling intensity of cooling system,and supplies ways to improve it. |
