沪宁高速扩建工程沥青路面热拼接工艺

摘    要:沥青路面的接缝处理历来就是沥青路面设计与施工的技术难题之一,而对于沥青路面接缝整体贯穿全线的沪宁改扩建工程更是如此。结合沪宁扩建施工中路面拼接施工实践,介绍了沪宁扩建施工中采用的沥青路面热拼接施工工艺、施工控制要点,并对比沥青路面常规冷拼接施工。根据两种施工工艺产生的不同成品的试验检测结果及路面芯样外观对比,证明了采用沥青路面热拼接的施工方式,无论是路面拼接处内在质量还是表观效果,均比采用常规冷拼接方式的沥青路面接缝要有明显的优势。
