二级增压系统总压缩功分析与试验研究

摘    要:为了说明单级增压系统与二级增压系统总压缩功的情况,在P-V图上分别对两种系统的增压过程进行了理论分析。在专门的二级增压系统性能试验台架上进行了试验研究,并将试验结果与单级增压系统的试验结果进行了对比分析。结果表明,由于中冷器及管道损失,二级增压系统的总压缩功往往大于单级增压系统的总压缩功。只有当总压比较高、中冷器温降足够大、中冷器及管道的压降损失较小,且高低两级压气机都处于高效率工作区的情况下,二级增压系统才能充分发挥其优势。

Abstract:To discuss the total compressing power of the single stage turbocharing system and the two-stage turbocharging system,the compressing processes of two systems are theoretically analyzed on the P-V diagram.The test is carried on a special two-stage turbocharging test bench,and the test result of the two-stage system is compared with that of the single stage system.The results indicate that,the total compression power of the two-stage turbocharging system maybe larger than that of the single stage system because of the pressure losses in the intercooler and pipes.Only all the conditions are satisfied,that means the total pressure ratio is higher enough,the temperature drop is bigger enough,the pressure losses of intercooler are less enough,and both the high and low stage compressors operate with high efficiency,the two-stage turbocharging system can be advantageous.
