摘    要:危险品发生泄漏事故后的紧急疏散过程中,疏散人群受到自身、前后以及两侧因素的影响。采用基本动力学的原理,建立牛顿力学模型,推导出疏散人群密度与速度关系;以人群总的疏散时间最短为目标,建立应急动态人群疏散模型;用量子粒子群算法对模型进行求解。算例验证了模型及算法的实用性,较好的拟合现实中人员疏散情况。

Abstract:In the process of emergency evacuation in the case of dangerous goods leakage,the evacuation people are affected by self factors,before and after factors as well as both sides.The relationship between density and speed of evacuation people is deduced by the principle of basic dynamics and Newtonian mechanics model.Dynamic emergency model to make a target of shortest evacuation time is established.And the quantum particle swarm algorithm is used to solve the model.The usefulness of the model and algorithm is verified by the case study,which is finely fitting the real evacuation of people.
