T变箱加固新技术应用实例

"T变箱加固梁桥"是一种加固T型梁桥的新方法,通过在T梁的肋底采用高强膨胀螺栓和环氧树脂砂浆黏贴钢板,将原截面由T型截面转变成箱型截面,从而达到提高原桥承载力的目的。以一座T梁桥的加固实例说明该法很好的利用了箱型梁抗弯、抗扭刚度以及整体性能大大优于T型梁的技术原理,具有节省工期,施工简便且不中断交通施工等优点。

Application Example for New Strengthening Technology of Changing T Beam into Box Beam

Changing T beam into box beam is a new method to reinforce the bridge with T girder.To improve the bearing capacity of the bridge,the original section is changed from T-section into box section,through using the high-strength bolts and epoxy mortar expansion paste plate in the end of the ribs of the T-beam.This new method makes good use of anti-bending ability and torsional rigidity of box beam;therefore,it achieves the target of improving the overall performance significantly comparing with the traditional T-beam technology theory.This new method is advantageous to reduce the construction period,simplify the construction process and have no traffic disruption.A case study of T-beam bridge reinforcement is provided to be referenced.
