道路交通事故当量死亡人数的计算模型研究

摘    要:采用比较、数理统计分析等方法,分析了目前涉及当量死亡人数的主要计算模型存在的主要问题;结合目前我国道路交通事故处理工作的实际情况,提出了以损失工作日为参照物,涵盖事故中实际死亡人数、重伤、轻伤、轻微伤及直接经济损失等5大类指标的道路交通事故当量死亡人数计算模型,明确了1人死亡所对应标准损失工作日为5 000的确定依据;将重伤按最终伤残评级细分为11种不同类型和其对应的范围在0.06~1内的11个换算系数,明确了不进行或无法获得伤残分类时重伤的换算系数为0.51,提供了轻伤、轻微伤和直接经济损失的换算系数确定方法。

Abstract:The existing problems in the calculation model of equivalent death toll were analyzed by comparative and mathematical statistic analysis etc.And a calculation model with lost workdays was proposed including actual death toll,grave injury,minor injury,slight injury and the direct economic loss.The determination basis of 1 people death corresponding to 5000 lost workdays was ascertained.Grave injuries were classified into 11 types,which corresponding range within the 11 conversion coefficient was in 0.06-1.When disability classification was not or cannot obtained,grave injured conversion coefficient was determined to be 0.51.And the method of conversion coefficient definition of minor injury,slight injury and the direct economic loss was provided.
