桥梁施工缆索吊机承载索的设计研究

摘    要:随着桥梁施工缆索吊机跨度不断加大,其承载索的计算理论需要更加精细化;针对大跨桥梁施工最常采用的缆索吊机布置方案,将各跨承载索作为一个整体,推导了承重索的张力状态方程并给出了主要设计参数的确定方法,提高了承载索的计算准确性。结合沪瑞国道北盘江特大桥采用的有塔架缆索吊机工程实例,通过实际应用的结果比较,验证了推导公式的准确性。对特大跨度桥梁施工中施工缆索吊机的设计及应用提供了有益地参考。

Abstract:The calculation of the load-bearing cable should be more accurate,because the span of cable crane used in bridges construction becomes larger and larger.For the most frequently used setting up scheme of cable cranes used in the larger-span bridge construction,the tension force formulation of load-bearing cable is deduced with the consideration of all load-bearing cables as a whole,and the way to calculate the main design parameters of load-bearing cable is put forward.A case study of cable crane with tower ...
