摘    要:基于模糊评价,利用SP调查对公交候车服务水平模型进行标定,建立了目标层、因子层和要素层的层次关系;综合了影响候车服务水平的要素;建立了公交站点候车服务水平评价的标准;以被调查对象所使用公交站点的候车服务水平为算例对模型进行了应用,得到公交站点候车服务水平;并根据结果提出了所研究站点候车服务的薄弱环节。

Abstract:Based on Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation,SP survey was used to calibrate the waiting service level at bus stop model.The relationship of the target,the factors and the elements was established,the factors affecting the level of service of waiting service were combined,and the evaluation criteria of waiting service at the bus stop was established.The waiting service level of public transportation used by respondents was took as an example to show the application of the model and the weakness of the bus stops were proposed based on application result.
